As humanity started evolving from the Stone Age to the Bronze Age, metal fabrication became an important factor in human history. The most primitive evidence of metalworking dates back to the Bronze Age, which happened around 3000 BCE, when humans began alloying copper with tin to create bronze. Earlier men used basic techniques like casting, forging and hammering to shape into tools, weapons, and ornaments. In those times, bronze was a revolutionary material, providing superior strength and durability compared to earlier stone and bone tools.

(Computer Numerical Control) CNC machines became widespread and popular which enabled automated and highly accurate metal cutting, milling, and shaping.
